A journey through Iceland reveals natural, primordial materials: hand-spun wool, horsehair, horn, reindeer antler, lava stone and driftwood. Hand- crafted objects- each unique in the world- are made-to-order by Iceland's foremost artists and artisans. Starkness, restraint and strength of design reflect the stunning raw landscapes of the country- at once ancient and yet utterly modern.
Reindeer Antler Point Pendant
Made from an unpolished ivory-toned reindeer antler point strung on adjustable leather cord. Reindeer in Iceland roam wild in the abandoned interior highlands and shed their antlers naturally as part of a natural annual cycle.
Husband and wife artisans Páll Jensson Grenigerði and Rita Freyja Bach first met on top of a glacier in Iceland and have spent a lifetime together making museum-quality jewelry and accessories out of horn, reindeer antler and horsehair.
