Sheep Horn Brooch
A modern brooch in a sleek, arresting form made from opulent espresso-toned sheep horn. Sheep roam wild all spring and summer feasting on wild herbs and flowers in Iceland's mountainous highlands. Their horns are transformed into works of art by Iceland's foremost artisans.
Husband and wife artisans Páll Jensson Grenigerði and Rita Freyja Bach first met on top of a glacier in Iceland and have spent a lifetime together making museum-quality jewelry and accessories out of horn, reindeer antler and horsehair.
