Each item we offer is hand-made to order so that yours will be the only one in the world exactly like it. We trust you understand how important this really is. Please note that because of the nature of hand-crafted goods what you receive from us will be very close to what you see on our website but there will be slight variations in finish, form and size- especially with natural materials such as antler, horn, driftwood and wool.
Check over our size chart to make sure you're ordering correctly. Don't measure your body- measure a garment (sweater, sweatshirt, hat or mittens) instead- pick one that has a fit you already know you love to wear. If you made a mistake, its not necessarily too late to fix that. Unfortunately we can't cancel an order once its been placed although we may be able to revise an order within 24-48 hours- please send us a note immediately upon realizing and we'll do our best to help you.
Please note that hand-knits are naturally stretchy items which can change shape or size- and so we tolerate some size variability when we inspect your custom-ordered item. You can actually change the size of your hand-knitted item to make it smaller or larger at home- just contact us and we'll explain!
Shipping is free for orders over $100! Orders under $100 have a flat shipping rate of $25. Usually your item will ship from Iceland in 2-3 weeks but in rare instances it may take longer- part of this has to do with the nature of hand craft. Please note we can not accept returns because of delays in international shipping and clearing Customs. We currently ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States of America. If your country is not on this list and you would like to place an order, please contact us first.
Because each item you order is custom-made at your request, it cannot be returned or exchanged- even if its running late- except in special instances as pre-approved by us at our discretion. As mentioned, each custom-made item will look very close to the one you see on our website but there will be slight variations in finish, form and size. In the event we agree to make an exception you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges. Returns must be delivered to us within 15 days of the date you received the item(s). Returns delivered after 15 days and up to 60 days will be issued in the form of store credit. We cannot accept returns made more than 60 days after the original order date.
Return shipping and packing costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without receipt of the item(s) AND proof of received return delivery. Please review the terms for returns carefully- in the event we receive and deem an item not returnable according to our stated terms it will be your own responsibility to retrieve the item within 30 days at your own expense. After 30 days the item will be discarded with no recourse. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
